[Jack is down in the med bay that his previous self had built for Owen, dusting things off and generally futzing with the things normally locked away. He moved from the med bay to the other Torchwood-related places that never saw human life these days. It was depressing to think, at one point, he'd been here with his team again, presumably happy.
